Insightful Commentary

I simply love these albums. There's such a broad mix of different types of music in them but all united by a beautiful sadness. And it's a testament to how great these songs are that even the questionable inclusion of accordions goes by without notice.

Part of what's amazing to me about the pop music coming out of Scandinavia right now is how thoroughly they're searched through the british and american 7" bins of the post-C86 era and managed to pick out some undiscovered wonders as influences.
